Front Page Bootwarmers!

As any seller on Etsy knows, it is very exciting to make the front page! I don't get on the front page very often, but this morning I had two convos from the wonderful NoodleNoggin and from a complete and wonderful stranger Fluffy Flowers telling me I was on the front page! This beautiful treasury was put together by the very talented soap maker ThistleDelight!

What a great thing to wake up to! Thank you everybody!

Those bootwarmers are the coolest ever! Thanks for the mention :)

PS how did you get the pic of the Etsy page. I can get part of a screen by using print screen button but you got it all.

It's not as easy as it looks! I use the print screen button, paste it into adobe photoshop, then I scroll down, print the second part of the screen, again paste it to adobe. The I use the rectangular marquee thingy and select the pertinent part, choose the move tool and drag it to a new page that I've opened up. Go back and do it all again for the second screen capture. Then move them together so that they overlap and you get one page, merge them together, then increase them in size to reach the entire page. THEN save them in a jpeg and.... that's it! Easy, breezy!

Glad you asked?

I SAW that page! I didn't make the connection because there seems to be a lot of hand crochet stuff on etsy. GOOD FOR YOU! Hi-5!

So, do you notice an increase in sales when you are on the front page?

Hi Nathalie!

Thank you! I can't say I saw an increase in sales, but you never know how many sales were due to the front page the next week, the next two weeks, month... it's just good to get the exposure!
