I designed the water bottle carrier to have a short handle, but of course a long strap to hang from your shoulder would be great too (instructions on a longer handle are included).
Instructions also included on how to make a smaller pop cozy. These are really quick to crochet and would be great to make a bunch in your favourite colours.

Black Friday Specials

In Canada, we don't have Black Friday like the United States has. Our biggest shopping day is Boxing Day, the day after Christmas, well, sort of. Some Provinces regulate that Boxing Day must be a holiday, so our biggest shopping day is the day after Boxing Day...unless there is a snow storm, then it is the next day!!! Yes, I know, confusing!

But to the point....today and up until the end Cyber Monday (another new concept to me!) I am having free shipping on my Felted Santa Claus and my 100% Wool Autumn Days Hat!

Autumn Days Hat is made with my Sunset Hat Pattern from 100% Wool from Canada's Oldest Woolen Mill, Briggs and Little. These hats are so warm but light weight. Again, I hate to part with this one, but I already have so many!

Something New

I've started a new pattern and a new style of crocheting for me. It's called Intarsia, I think! It's different than tapestry crochet because you don't carry your yarn with you but instead drop it and pick it up on the next round. It's fun, but you have to stop every so often and untangle your yarn. This one is my prototype, so you won't see it for sale, but I am working on the pattern. Stay tuned!
