These are some of my new pincushions that I'm selling on Etsy (http://www.bellamcbride.etsy.com/). They are made of recycled plastic tops from various aerosol cans, tuna tins, cat food cans and anything else I think 
would do. They are all hand sewn and I am using all my old fabric scraps, vintage button, and vintage lace. This makes quite a few of them one-of-a-kind items! This brown plaid one is made from a dress from a thrift store and topped with a vintage brown leather button. I must have saved them from some jacket since I have 5 of them! I don't remember now, but they match the plaid perfectly.
